What is included in the subscription package?
A:
The subscription package breaks down into three distinct packages:
- Annual Subscription - this allows you
unlimited access to the Full Report and Accounts listed on our site.
- Access Three Companies
reports for £10 - this option gives you exactly what it says. You can access the Full Report and
Accounts of three companies for £10. It is a non-commital service which may
tempt you to upgrade to an Annual or Multi-User Option.
- Multi-User Licence - This is an annual
subscription for a number of users. It is ideal for any business
or academic environment in this digital age. It provides valuable
information on all major UK ventures, accessible world-wide at any
time.
Q:
The Subscription form already has some of my details on screen before I even start?
A:
This is because you are a registered user of Corporate Reports and the information you provided upon initial registration has been retrieved for the subscription form. It means that you don't have to re-input your details.
Q:
Is my credit card transaction secure?
A:
Yes, your transaction is secure. Our site is specifically designed for such transactions.
Q:
Why do we have a Confidentiality Statement?
A:
Occassionally, we may wish to pass customer information (other than email addresses) on to reputable companies who offer goods and services which may be of interest to you.
However if you do not wish to receive this information, we shall not pass any of your details to a third party. For more information read our conditions of use.
Q: What is the benfit in subscribing?

A subscriber has unlimited access (for 1 year) to all information, on our database, on companies listed on the UK Stock Exchange:
Q: How do you subscribe?
A:
You simply complete the subscription form but remember to take a note of your username and password.
This will be e-mailed to the address which you provide on the form.
Q: How do I choose a password?
A:
Your password can be anything at all. The following list may point you in the right direction.
- Your name.
- Your children's or partner's name.
- Your mother's maiden name.
- Favourite sports team.
- A memorable date.
- A memorable place.
- Your telephone number.
- Your post code.
- Your favorite TV show or character.
Q: What if I forget my Username or Password?
A:
No problem, we can determine your identity by asking you to providing us with your Telephone Number, Post Code and the exact email address you gave when you registered. The Username and Password will then be automatically sent to the email address you gave when you initially registered.
Q: No matter what I do, I just can't access the information?
A:
This problem tends to break down into three distinct categories
- You are not a registered subscriber.

- You are inputting the wrong Username or Password. Check to make sure that you have not used spaces or placed capital letters in the wrong place. If the problem persists we can re-issue you with the necessary information. We can determine your identity by asking you to providing us with your Username and the exact email address you gave when you registered. The Username and Password will then be automatically sent to the email address you gave when you initially registered. Click here to retrieve your password
- Alternatively your subscription period (12 months) may have expired and therefore you need to re-subscribe. The subscription currently expires after 12 months from the initial subscription date.
